New apartment trying out the roof!

Well besides the fact that I have on jeans that constantly wrinkle at the knee -_- my outfit consists of: Lace leotard (American Apparel) regular jeans, Sam Edelman wedgies and a button up from like 6th grade. This was my first time taking pictures at my new place so i made sure to take plenty! and besides the fact that it was 100 degrees I think I got a few good ones.

Free Seaport Concert Gone Bad

June 15, 2010 was announced to be the "Sounds Like Paper" Free concert held at South Street Sea Port. Including artist such as Hanson, Drake, and my new favorite Ninjasonic. All the anticipation for such great performances and there was nothing. There was entirely way too many people there and with that the concert did not go forward. After a while the mayhem occurred and bottles,chairs, flower pots and so forth where being thrown into the crowd and at one another..... Why all of this went down is a mystery but the good thing is no one got hurt badly, and everyone survived. Here's a video from the concert.

Style so simple but captive

I was introduced to this guy Zander aka Zeko due to a friend Renell and i noticed his outfit and loved it.

On Me: One piece jump suit Urban Outfitters, Vintage Army jacket, and Doc.Martens

Osborn Designs

Flipping through the most recent Essence Magazine, to who was on the cover or which month is a blur but I will not forget the pair of funky shoes I spotted which come to find out are named "Osborn". These shoes give off a very M.I.A feel and she is very well known for her tribal African colors which can be seen in a few pair. The colors are so abstract and vibrant you can't help but yearn for a pair ranging from $78 - 150. The style of the shoe and the price don't go hand in hand but if you're looking for a shoe that you won't see everyday then this is the type of shoe to purchase. They are defiantly shoes that fit people with a unique sense of style. A few background details I read up on are that the design studios are ran by Carla Venticinque- Osborn & Aaron Osborn and a skilled team in Guatemala City. They appear to make sure that each shoe is handled with care and skillfully hand crafted which is always a plus. A bit of advice would be to go too the website as soon as possible because these will surely go fast, especially with the warm weather approaching.

A MTV Sweet 16

Diddys son Justin Dior Combs held his 16th birthday at club M2 yesterday Saturday, January 23 a wonderful spot btw. The party included everything from dancers on tables to dancers hanging from the ceiling. With food catered by SubWay,and White Castle. Celebrities sited: Asher Roth, Jada Kiss, Diddy, Lil Kim, Teyana Taylor, Rev Run sons Diggy and Jo Jo, Nicki Minaj (whom escorted Justin to his party) Fabolous, Trey Songz, Jim Jones, and Juelz Santana. I'm sure there were more but those are the ones I so happened to see. Justin seemed to be a really sweet kid his dad decided to give him 10 grand and he decided to give it away to the " Yele Haiti" charity. : ) Like any other Super Sweet 16 you must be thinking he had to get a super crazy car..... Well he did. But not just any car a Maybach with his own personal driver. HOW LUCKY!!!!!!! Oh yeaaaa this party will air on MTV so look out for ME!!! haha
